Fatties
A Fattie is stuffed with greatness. Each bacon-wrapped, pinwheel ground beef and sausage roll will feed up to 15 people.
Whole Hog
We’ve found that hogs weighing 80 lbs. or less provide the best value and flavor for our customers. For groups larger than 80 people, we recommend additional hogs or other pork products to feed your group. The hogs we source are raised solely for smoking.
What We Provide
• Disposable plates, napkins, flatware
• Tables and table covers to set up buffet style
• Hot and cold hold chafing equipment
• Serving utensils
• Staff to serve guests at buffet line
• Condiments and bread/buns agreed upon by both parties
Catering Fees
- Sales tax
- Delivery charge outside of the Tri-Cities: $1.50 per mile
- Staff hours for prep work, cooking, buffet-style set up and serving at buffet: $45/hour
- We estimate a three-hour window for set up and food service unless otherwise specified
- On-site BBQ: $65/hour
